What are your working hours?
Mondays through Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
How long does each session last?
All sessions have a length of fifty (50) minutes.
Is my visit confidential?
Confidentiality is an essential principle and requirement. When it comes to the subjects being treated in our sessions, you can expect complete confidentiality on my behalf. The confidentiality principle may be broken in the following situations:
- If your life and/or the life of others is at risk.
- If I need to consult with another professional.
- If it is required by the law.
What if I can’t make it on-time or miss an appointment?
You must try to arrive on time for your session. If you are not able to attend, you should notify us at least 24 hours in advance. If you do not notify the cancellation in the required timeframe, you have the alternative of having the session over the phone or via Skype at your scheduled time.
If you do not notify the cancellation, nor take the alternative phone/Skype session, you will be charged for the session.
What is your referral policy?
It is necessary for a patient to understand that the therapist might consider necessary to complement his/her treatment with other therapies. These therapies might include: Psychological Evaluation, Psychiatric Evaluation, Addiction Therapy, and/or Intensive Recovery Program.
What should I do if I have an emergency?

Alejandra Matos, at her mobile: 809-431-9558. If for any reason you cannot contact us, you may visit the Emergency Rooms at Cedimat, Abel González, and/or Hospiten hospitals.
